Karnataka assembly’s speaker K.R. Ramesh Kumar has ordered CM Kumaraswamy to make a SIT to look into the matter of leaked audio tapes of Yeddyurappa. This audio tape allegedly is related to Yeddyurappa trying to bribe MLAs to break down Karnataka governement. Speaker has asked SIT to finish reportand submit it within 15 days.

Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge has welcomed this move. He said, “This is a welcoming move. He has taken correct decision. SIT will bring forward truth.”

Speaker said, “I have advised chief minister to make SIT. So that truth can come out to know who said, why they said it and what actually happened? I have asked them to submit the report within 15 days.”

Yeddyurappa has accepted that audio clips has his voice. He even accepted that he talked with Sharangouda. However, he claimed that CM Kumaraswamy sent Sharangouda to him on purpose. Prior to this Yeddyurappa had declined that it was his voice in the leaked audio tape.
