The dates of the Lok Sabha elections has been announced. In such a scenario, the Bharatiya Janata Party has begun to suppress every voice which is rising in opposition to power.

Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad, who was marching from Delhi to Saharanpur has been arrested by the UP Police from Deoband.

In fact, last week, Bhim Army chief Chandrasekhar had said that he should launch his candidate  against Smriti Irani and PM Modi. Also, he said that they will support the candidates fighting against Irani.

Today, UP Police tried to stop Chandrashekhar who was marching ahead with his supporters in Deoband. Chandrasekhar, JNU President Balaji and several other social activists have been arrested.

Police said that this action has been taken due to violation of section 144 and Code of Conduct. Deoband police has arrested all the people including Chandrashekhar from Kasampur.

Chandra Shekhar was travelling to Delhi, along with him National President of AISA Suchita Dey and JNUSU President Balaji were also present. Chandrasekhar is scheduled to hold a Hunkar rally in Delhi on March 15.
