Under the fourth phase of Lok Sabha election 2019, votes are being cast for 72 Lok Sabha seats in 9 states. Meanwhile, there are reports of disturbances in electronic voting machines (EVMs) from many places.

Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal witnessed delay in voting due to malfunction in EVMs. Due to this, the voters who came to vote are expressing their anger. 

In the Bhagirathpur Panchayat of Samastipur, more than 7 thousand voters have boycotted the polling. The laborers will not vote because of the closure of the jute mill for two years here. There are long lines on booths due to defective EVMs. Voters are committing a ruckus due to the long lines.

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has been exposed. The jute mill has been closed for two years due to which people have been forced to boycott elections here. Thousands of labourers have become unemployed here.
