Today, the youth of India came together on streets in open protest against the Modi government. They took part in ‘Young India Adhikar March’ and targeted incumbent BJP government.

This was a big event student leader and union members from more than 50 organizations took part in this march, which started from Red fort and ended on Parliament Street. There was also presence of leaders like Kavita Krishnan who said that government is trying to spread hatred in the name of religion.

Some pressing issues like growing unemployment in the country, waving off education loans on students and ending ‘saffron propaganda’ in educational institutes were raised during the march.

Youths from all across the country joined hands in Delhi streets to raise their slogans against the government. They questioned about where are jobs and education as promised by the government. There were various youth organizations which took part in protest like AISA, SFI, CYSS, NSUI, etc.

It is to note that the unemployment rate in India has reached its highest in 45 years under the Modi government. The survey report was conducted by NSSO. There have been constant protests to push government to roll back 13 point roster as well.

This is not the first time that a group of people unitedly protested against Modi government. Earlier, farmers from across the nation came to Delhi back in November last year to put forth their demands. They also expressed their unhappiness with the government on farmer-related issues.

What will PM say about the failure of his government to fulfill its employment and education promises?
