There is a big expose on alleged fake encounter case of Sohrabuddin. Former chief investigating officer Amitabh Thakur of the case has made big revelations related in the CBI court. He said that Amit Shah received political and monetary gains due to this case.

Thakur said that along with Amit Shah there were other people also who gained out of this case. They allegedly are former IPS officer DG Vanzara, former SP (Udaipur) Dinesh MN, former SP (Ahmedabad) Rajkumar Pandian and former DCP (Ahmedabad) Abhay Chudasama.

According to The Hindu’s report, Thakur said that Amit Shah was given 70 lakh rupees via patel brothers. Patel brothers  had allegedly threatened to kill Sohrabuddin for doing money laundering. He said former IPS DG Vanzara got benefit as he was given Rs 60 lakh in alleged fake encounter case.

Thakur also said that none of the police officers gained out of the encounter case. He said that there was no political motive for the present accused to kill Sohrabuddin.

All the 20 accused were working under Vanzara, Pandian, Dinesh and Chadasama. However, all 4 of these have been acquitted in the case. Thakur said that there has been no investigation related to 92 notes found on Sohrabuddin’s body. Former Chief Investigation Officer said that there is no eyewitness account of the Sohrabuddin encounter case.
