Prashant Bhushan, senior advocate of the Supreme Court, has condemned Sadhvi Pragya joining BJP. He tweeted, “Now the BJP will field terrorists as their candidates? Now you understand what Modi meant by saying ‘hum ghar mein ghus kar maarte Hain’!”

It is to note that Sadhvi Pragya Thakur was the main accused of the Malegaon bomb blasts which happened in 2008. She has now joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Just after joining the party she has got ticket from Bhopal Lok Sabha seat and will fight elections against Digvijay Singh.
After joining the party, she had said to the media that, “I have formally subscribed to BJP. I will contest and will win also.”

Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath has questioned Sadhvi Pragya joining BJP. He said that the involvement of Sadhvi in BJP shows the mood of the party.
Sadhvi Pragya Thakur is the main accused in the 2008 Malegaon Blast case. She has been in jail for 9 years in this case. However, she is out on bail. 7 people were killed and around 100 people were injured in the blast.
